Thank you for shopping at CarvoraX! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our full shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed and packed within [1-2] business days (Beijing Time, excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays) after your payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Hawaii and Alaska), Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. We do not ship to other countries or regions at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with top logistics partners in China and the U.S. to ensure your packages are delivered safely and efficiently. All packages are shipped from China.
We currently offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 11–15 working days.
Please note:
• The above timeframes are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include order processing time or customs clearance in China or the U.S.
• International shipping may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, holiday peaks (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), pandemics, or other force majeure events. We sincerely apologize for any delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and destination. The exact cost will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders .
• Shipping Rates: Rates may be adjusted based on market conditions. You can also view detailed shipping rates on our 【Shipping Rate Calculator】page.
5. Taxes & Duties (Import Fees)
• Packages shipped to the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and processing fees due to changing policies.
• According to U.S. customs regulations, these fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict the amount of these fees or pay them on your behalf.
• You may be required to pay these fees to the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL) upon delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
6. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
• You can use this number to track your package’s status on the carrier’s official website (e.g., USPS, 17Track, DHL).
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
• We provide tracking and necessary shipping insurance for all packages. If your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at carvorax@gmail.com.
• We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue to protect your rights.
8. Address Changes
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. It is very difficult to change an address once an order enters the processing stage.
• If you need to modify your address, please email us immediately at carvorax@gmail.com.. If the package has not been shipped, we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee changes if the package has already been shipped.
